i really liked the friendly staff at the front desk. They promptly addressed all my questions. my room included a kettle with tea supplies and fresh towels daily. i was also pleased that the location provided easy access to nearby attractions.

the walls seemed thin, so i occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms. this did disrupt my sleep one night.

the location proved convenient. it was near harley street.

The noise was problematic. i could hear the metro every few minutes. It interrupted sleep. windows barely open, i needed air. the fan provided was insufficient. The room was very hot.

I found the hotel location very convenient. Buses stop around the corner, and Oxford Circus is a short walk. The room was spacious, a great advantage. The bathroom include a modern shower with excellent water pressure.

The room became stuffy at night. The window opens only a small amount.

I was a bit disappointed with the bed. it felt small considering the room size. also, the staff didn't offer any help with my luggage, which would have been appreciated (especially after a long trip). the luggage room also lacked a lock. I had to store my luggage there at my own risk.

the family room had very clean and tidy conditions. the reception staff demonstrated friendly and efficient service. its proximity to excellent restaurants and cafes was a definite plus (made exploring so easy!).

i noticed slight sounds from underground trains passing below, but it became more soothing than annoying after a while.
